Since co-founding Bespoke Building Company in 2017, Lawrence has led the company’s acquisition of land positions and has helped cultivate a building company that is focused on quality, sustainability, and community impact, ensuring that every development meets the highest standards.
Whether working with investors to maximize returns on multifamily properties or leading the construction of new residential communities, Lawrence is dedicated to delivering exceptional results.
A native of Southern California, Read graduated Loyola Marymount University with a degree in Business Finance and enjoyed a 15+ year career working in the NBA with the Los Angeles Lakers, Dallas Mavericks and the Oklahoma City Thunder prior to co-founding Bespoke Building Company in 2017. A licensed Real Estate Broker in the state Of Oklahoma, Read helps lead Bespoke’s procurement, construction management and accounting operations. Since 2017, Read has been instrumental in developing and rehabbing more than 100+ rental units within the Oklahoma City metro.
Additionally, Read oversees all of Bespoke’s property management initiatives and ensures that Bespoke maintains maximum occupancy while ensuring BBC properties are properly maintained and positioned for future rental growth.
With over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, Hibdon has established himself as one of Oklahoma’s preeminent leaders in construction management. Hibdon oversees all of Bespoke’s build-to-rent single family and duplex construction projects. He is well regarded within the local building community for being honest, trustworthy and skilled at delivering a high-quality finished construction project in a timely manner.
During Hibdon’s construction tenure, he has successfully completed more than 1,000 residential units, ranging from custom homes to large-scale multifamily projects. Hibdon’s commitment to excellence is evident in every project he completes. At BBC, Hibdon works closely with clients, architects and contractors to ensure that every detail is meticulously planned and executed. From site selection and design to construction and punch-out, Hibdon’s focus is on creating spaces that are not only beautiful and functional but also built to last.
